Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of logivault.ai and any digital product ("Kit") purchased from LogiVault. By using the Site or buying a Kit, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you are buying

A Kit is a digital product: a collection of automation workflow files, prompt files, message sequences, templates, documentation, and sales assets. It is a toolkit and a service blueprint. It is not software we host for you, and it is not a done-for-you service.

2. License

On purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Kit to operate services for your own end clients, across multiple of your own client engagements. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or repackage the raw Kit files themselves, in whole or in part. The Kit's contents remain the intellectual property of LogiVault.

3. No guarantees / honest expectations

The Kit does not guarantee leads, appointments, customers, reviews, revenue, or income — for you or for your clients. Any pricing or earnings figures shown on the Site are context-only reference points, not predictions or promises. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, the client's market and offer, message deliverability, and applicable platform and legal rules.

4. Your compliance responsibilities

You and your clients are solely responsible for lawful use, including obtaining consent before contacting individuals, including a working opt-out in every message, honoring opt-outs, and following all applicable messaging, privacy, and review-platform rules in the relevant jurisdictions. The Kit is built to support compliant use but does not constitute legal advice and does not transfer these responsibilities to us.

5. Third-party services

Operating a Kit requires third-party accounts and services (for example an automation platform, an AI provider, SMS and email providers) that you and your clients supply and pay for. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, terms, or actions, and no third-party credits or accounts are included.

6. Acceptable use of the Site

Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to breach security, scrape abusively, disrupt service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the Site or other users.

7. Intellectual property

All Site content and Kit materials are owned by LogiVault or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the license in Section 2, no rights are granted.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and Kits are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogiVault will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from the Site or a Kit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Kit giving rise to the claim.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
